Pei-Chen Lin is a motivated and competent board certificated emergency physician experienced in biomedical informatics and medical device regulation. After she finished her clinical training as an emergency physician, she got her master’s degree in Translational medicine at the University of California, Berkeley in the US. This program enriched her knowledge in engineering, business, as well as health economics, and regulations for medical technology. From 2018 to 2022, she joined a medical AI startup, aetherAI Co., Ltd, and helped the company to develop several AI-related medical devices, to conduct clinical trials, and to file for premarket approvals in Taiwan and overseas countries, including the US, Europe, Japan and China. Meanwhile, she also got her Ph.D. degree in biomedical informatics at Taipei Medical University.
